Job Position :- Service Technician
Job Location :- Base at Greater Noida, Extensive travelling to sites

Educational Qualification :- ITI certificate holders in Electrical / Mechanical / RAC / Fitter trade
Experience :- 2 – 4 Years
Profile of Candidate :-
- From HVAC industry.
- Experience in Service/ Projects/ Customer Support/Assembly, preferably in handling AHU’s / Industrial Fan’s / Air Distribution Products.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Installation and Commissioning of Equipment’s at sites.
- Assemble, Install, Start up, Final handing over of AHUs, at respective sites.
- To attend to Customer Complaints / Trouble Shooting of AHU’s / Retrofitting work.
- To oversee the work of Contractors and ensure Quality and Timely completion.
- To liaison with Customer to resolve site issues and queries.
- To interact with the Design deptt. / Sales team for Client’s query resolution.
- To co-ordinate for material requirements, to ensure no interruptions or delays.
- To ensure units start up / commissioning protocols are followed.
- To Generate lead for Service Business / Revenue generation.
