Positions :-Â Refrigeration Technician / Maintenance Fitter
Job Location :- Pune (Manchar)
Salary :- ₹ 2-2.25 Lacs P.A
Educational Qualification :-
- Refrigeration Technician – I.T.I in Refrigeration (MRAC)
- Maintenance Fitter – I.T.I in Fitter
Experience :-Â 02 to 05 Years Experience
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Refrigeration Technician
- Supervisor on Compressors, Condensers, Evaporators, Pumps, Vessels, Valves and other machinery included in the ammonia refrigeration equipment.
- Replacement of defective mechanical and manual valves.
- Control the equipment set points to accommodate the needs of our customers and maintain the integrity of their product.
- Remove ice buildup from evaporator drain pans, investigate the cause and correct the problem.
- Work in motor room, freezer and blast cell areas as well as in IQF, Drain oil from ammonia system.
- Remove and reinstall ammonia compressor, perform motor alignments,
Maintenance Fitter
- Directly responsible for all mechanical activity including breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance related to production equipments.
- Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs pumps, gearbox, motors, blower, and appliances. Also regularly monitor oil and grease.
- Directly responsible for maintaining and addressing all steam leakage, air leakage and water leakage for complete plant / section.
- Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required mechanical maintenance or replacement activities
