Position :-Â Direct Service Engineer
Educational Qualification :-Â
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
Experience :-Â
- 2 to 4 Years of experience in customer service operation in Consumer Durable Industry.
Job Location :-Â Bangalore/Bengaluru
Salary :- ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
Responsibilities :-
- Tracking of Open Complaints
- Channel Support & Escalation Management
- Defective spare parts
- Resolution of Sales VOC, Customer VOC ,
- Trade & Service Center Visit ,
- Handle trade queries,
- Customer queries Resolution up to Satisfaction
- Daily working on Spare part Operations reports for all pending calls and updating the status to RSM
- Technical Support to Field Engineers
- Customer site visit to solve critical problems
- Quality issues cases Reporting to RT and PH.
- Customer Escalation Handling
- Premium customer issue resolving
- On Job Training at service center location / Customer Location
- PL case analysis and support to RT and PH
- Modification for Quality problem case / implementation
- Tool Kit Audit
- SPR part / Repeat part failure case analysis and reporting to BSM and RT
- Part identification (Part codes, Alternate part, Part modification based on PH / RT Confirmation etc..)
- Installation / Demo Quality Audit and report to BSM/ASM.
