Educational Qualification:
Marketing – Sales :
- Bachelor Engineering degree OR 2 Years Full Time MBA (/Or equivalent PG) with specialization in Marketing/SCM with hands on experience in Sales & Marketing. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer Industries will be given preference with 3 years experience.
Materials Management:
- Bachelor Engineering degree OR 2 Years Full Time MBA (Or Equivalent PG) with specialization in SCM/MM/Operations with hands on experience in procurement of bulk chemicals, catalyst & additives, feed & fuels, spares & equipments, Engineering /Service Contracts etc. Candidate with First class Engineering degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference with 18 years of experience.
IT – Security:
- Bachelor Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications or Masters of Computer Application (MCA) with hands on experience in IT Security. Any one certification on CompTIA Security+ / CCNA Security / Certified Ethical Hacker / CISA / CISSP is mandatory. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer Industries will be given preference with 6 years of experience.
Secretariat Department :
- Bachelor degree with qualified member in ACS/FCS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with hands on experience in Secretarial department of any company in India with 15 years of experience.
Upper Age limit :
- Marketing : Sales – 32 Years
- Materials Management – 50 Years
- IT – Security – 35 Years
- Secretariat Department – 48 Years
