NLC Recruitment 2023 : NLC is a Navaratna Government of India Enterprise. It is founded in 1956 and it was inaugurated by the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.

It is the fossil fuel mining sector in India and thermal power generation. It manually produces about 30 million tonne lignite from opencast mines at Neyveli. This lignite is used in the pithead thermal power station to produce electricity.

Stipend :- 

Training Scheme – Industrial Trainee [Specialised Mining Equipment (SME) Operations:

• • Rs. 18,000/- (1st year)
  • Rs.20,000/- (2nd year)
  • Rs. 22,000/- (3rd year)

Training Scheme – Industrial Trainee (Mines & Mines Support Services):

• • Rs. 14,000/- (1st year)
  • Rs.16,000/- (2nd year)
  • Rs. 18,000/- (3rd year)

Educational Qualification :-

Training Scheme – Industrial Trainee [Specialised Mining Equipment (SME) Operations: 

• Not less than Full-time Diploma in an Engineering course of minimum three years duration

Training Scheme – Industrial Trainee (Mines & Mines Support Services):

• ITI – Fitter or Turner or Electrician or Welding or MMV or Diesel Mechanic or Tractor Mechanic or Civil or Foundry or Cable Jointing Trades with NAC Certification.

Total Vacancies :-

• Training Scheme – Industrial Trainee (Mines & Mines Support Services): 262 Posts

Selection Process :-

• Selection of applicants for training shall be through a written test.
