IOCL Recruitment 2021 – Indian Oil Corporation Ltd invites online application form from the eligible candidates for the post of Apprentices. Candidates with Bachelor Degree/Diploma/ITI/12th qualifications in respective disciplines are eligible to apply for this job. The selection process will be based on the Personal Interview and Group Discussion/Group Task. Eligible candidates can apply in online on or before  04 December 2021 and then apply in IOCL (www.iocl.com) website. Trade Apprentice (Fitter):
- Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Fitter) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Trade Apprentice (Electrician):
- Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Electrician) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Trade Apprentice (Electronic Mechanic):
- Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Electronic Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic):
- Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Trade Apprentice (Machinist):
- Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Machinist) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical):
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
Technician Apprentice (Electrical):
- 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions
Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation):
- 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
Technician Apprentice (Civil):

Trade Apprentice – Accountant:
- Regular Full Time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices):
- Non-Graduate with 12th pass qualification
Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders):
- Class XII or its equivalent with Skill Certificate holder in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher):
- Non-Graduate with 12th pass qualification
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders):
- Minimum 12th pass. Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.
Maximum Age Limit: 18 – 24 years

IOCL Recruitment Selection Process :
- Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the
Written Test (of two hours duration) and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
- Written Test will be conducted with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) consisting of four options with one correct option. A candidate will have to secure minimum 40% marks in Written Test for qualifying the selection process.
- The candidates will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in written test to qualify for selection process. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.
