HP Fisheries Department Recruitment 2022 : The earliest known inhabitants of the region were tribals called Dasas. Later, Aryans came and they assimilated in the tribes. In the later centuries, the hill chieftains accepted suzerainty of the Mauryan empire, the Kaushans, the Guptas and Kanuaj rulers.

During the Mughal period, the Rajas of the hill states made some mutually agreed arrangements which governed their relations. In the 19th century, Ranjit Singh annexed/subjugated many of the states.

Job Location :- Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh

Salary :- Rs.18000/month

Educational Qualification :-

• Matriculation from a recognized University/Board or its equivalent.

Physical Standards :-

• Height = 165 cm, Chest = 79-84 cm, Speed on foot 16 Km. within 4 hours & Knowledge of swimming. Desirable: Should have knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Age Limit :-

• Fisheries Field Assistant – 18 to 45 Years

• General (UR) – 03 Posts

Selection Process :-

• The selection process will be based on screening Test/Physical Test.
