Formed on 1st November 1975, CCL (formerly National Coal Development Corporation Ltd) was one of the five subsidiaries of Coal India Ltd. which was the first holding company for coal in the country (CIL now has 8 subsidiaries).

- Fresher Apprentice: Rs 6,000 – 7,000/- pm
- Trade Apprentice:Â Rs 7,000/-Â pm

- Electrician:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Electrician Trade (From NCVT Recognized Institute).
- Fitter:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Fitter Trade (From NCVT Recognized Institute).
- Mechanic Diesel:Â 10th Pass & ITI Mechanic diesel trade-in automobile sector of designated Trade list from NCVT recognized institution.
- COPA:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant Trade from NCVT Recognized Institute.
- Machinist:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Machinist Trade from NCVT Recognized Institute.
- Turner:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Turner Trade from NCVT Recognized Institute.
- Secretarial Assitant:Â 10th Pass and ITI in Secretarial Assistant/ Secretarial Practice/Stenography (English) Trade from NCVT Recognized Institute.

Dental Laboratory Technician:Â 12th pass out with PCB from recognized board.
Surveyor:
- 10th Pass out From Recognized Board.
- Preference will be given to the 12th pass-out with PCM.
Wireman:
- 10th Pass out From Recognized Board.
- Preference will be given to the 12th pass-out with PCM.
Multimedia and webpage designer:
- 10th Pass out From Recognized Board.
