Position :- Technician

Qualification :- ITI Electrical & Mechanical

Experience :-  3-5 Years

Job Location :- Hosur,Tamil Nadu, Neemrana,Rajasthan, Ahmedabad(Santej, Sanand)

Salary :- ₹ 1-3 Lacs P.A

Job Description :-

• Undertake detailed analysis of all breakdowns and take steps to avoid future breakdowns
• Formulate end to end maintenance planning framework and prepare preventive maintenance
• schedule in alignment with the production plan
• Oversee preparation of preventive maintenance checklists for machines and ensure
• adherence to the same.
• Identify opportunities for savings; provide process improvement recommendations to the
• Plant Head detailing possible reduction in running losses and operating expenditure of the
• plant.
• Prepare a department-level budget estimate and present it to the Plant Head
• Monitor maintenance budget utilization and analyze variance; provide recommendations for
• corrective action to Plant Head.
