Job Position :- Quality Inspector

Educational Qualification :- 

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :- 1-2 Years

Job Location :- Manesar

Salary :- Rs 2,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A

Job Description :- 

• 1. Maintain ISO/QMS records
• 2. Conduct internal audit of QMS
• 3. Represent company for customer audit
• 3. P-PAP documents submission & filing
• 4. Prepare WINs,SOPs,CQCPs
• 5. Resolve customer related concerns
• 6. Resolve quality related issues
• 7. Prepare MIS data monthly
• 9. Arrange monthly MRM meeting
• 10. Validate and implement countermeasures
• 11. Derive Kaizen activities from all the departments and validate
• 12. New tool trial verification and T1 submission
• 13. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements
• 14. Report to top management on the performance of the quality and management system and any need for improvement,
• 15. Dimensional checking of components.
• 16. Follow up New Development related activities
• 17. Maintain 5S
• 18. Part Inspection
• 19. Inspection Report Preparation
